Last week, Atlas Tube attended Structures Congress 2015 in Portland, Oregon. Surrounded by 1,200 structural engineers and industry professionals, Structures Congress offers a variety of technical sessions and networking sessions ideal for learning about new design methods, innovations and applications. With 120 technical sessions available, there was no shortage of learning at the conference!

For Atlas Tube, we took the opportunity to continue to increase awareness surrounding the ASTM A1085 HSS spec. Debuting our new 1085 properties charts at the conference, we’re excited about how well they were received. Download your copy here.

While engineers are becoming more familiar with the 1085 spec, it’s obvious that there is still more work to do to educate engineers and fabricators about its uses, applications and properties. And we plan to lead the way in this.

With strong attendance at our booth, we are already looking forward to seeing everyone again in Phoenix next year!
